Description
The CD 38/36 (also known by other acronym variants within the shipyard's same hull family) is an ocean-going displacement vessel that perfectly embodies the philosophy of the solid cruisers of the 1970s and 1980s. Designed by the famous engineer Adolfo Soldini and built by the Nuovo Cantiere Nautico Roseto, this boat was born to offer maximum safety, extended comfort on board, and blue-water cruising of yesteryear. The fiberglass used by the shipyard features generous, solid thicknesses, synonymous with a structural robustness that is hard to find in modern boats today. It is a boat meant for pure sailors, lovers of conservative restoration, or anyone looking for a solid and seaworthy vessel ("a tank of the sea") to undertake long voyages or to live aboard at a slow and safe pace.
