Description
The Dufour 460 GL from 2016 is a four-cabin cruising sailing yacht built for longer family trips and charter work, lying ready in Sukošan, Croatia. This is a used boat with a GRP hull, finished in white with a red waterline stripe, designed by Umberto Felci for Dufour Yachts. The sloop rig, generous beam carried well aft and high freeboard make it an easy yacht both for short island hops and for longer coastal passages.
The cockpit is worked from twin wheels, with a walkthrough between them onto the wide drop-down bathing platform and swim ladder – comfortable access from the water and from the dock. The seating area with its cockpit table is kept separate from the helm stations, and an outdoor galley with grill sits aft. A sprayhood and bimini shelter the crew from sun and spray, while a deck shower, passerelle and anchor complete the deck equipment.
Below, the interior is finished in warm, light timber. The saloon has a large table with a U-shaped settee and an additional bench, and the galley runs along the side with a gas cooker, sink and refrigerator. Four cabins with double berths sleep ten people, and four heads with showers mean a larger crew never gets in each other's way. Big hull windows and deck hatches keep the accommodation bright.
Manoeuvring and motoring are handled by an inboard Volvo Penta engine of 40 hp, currently showing 2500 engine hours, backed up by a bow thruster. The electrical system includes batteries, a charger, an inverter, solar panels and shore power, which makes anchoring away from the marina far easier. Safety gear on board covers a gas detector, bilge pump, fire extinguisher, liferaft and EPIRB.
Navigation is handled with a chartplotter, GPS, autopilot and onboard computer, while wind instruments, log and depth sounder give a complete picture of the conditions under sail; a VHF radio takes care of communication. It is a yacht for crews planning longer holiday cruises in the Adriatic and the Mediterranean – families with children and groups of friends who need four separate cabins and a comfortable shared living area. EU VAT remains unpaid.
!!!IMPORTANT!!!
The price includes the entire charter business, which allows you to own and use the boat at no net cost.
