Vacance 1100 Lady Rose – Dutch craftsmanship with approximately €30,000 in recent investmentsThis stylish Vacance 1100 from 1998 was built by Vacance Jachtbouw in Sneek, a Dutch shipyard specializing in comfortable steel motor yachts. With her robust steel construction, generous dimensions, and warm, classic interior, the Lady Rose offers everything for relaxing cruises and extended stays on board.
The investments of approximately €30,000 since 2025 are particularly interesting. For instance, the propeller shaft and shaft bearings have been replaced, the underwater hull has been sandblasted and re-treated with a protective epoxy coating system. New anodes and batteries have also been installed. These are important works that can save the future owner significant maintenance costs.
Propulsion is provided by an 88 hp Yanmar diesel engine with only 2,211 operating hours. This indirectly cooled engine with conventional shaft drive is perfectly suited for comfortable cruising. Furthermore, thanks to the bow and stern thrusters, the ship maneuvers exceptionally easily.
Inside, you will find a spacious saloon, a fully equipped galley, two bedrooms, a shower, and an electric toilet. With four fixed and two extra berths, there is plenty of room for family and guests.
